That's how we describe Amber's famous Pancit Malabon and Pichi-Pichi. If you're a corporate slave in Makati City, I'm sure you have partaken of Amber one time or another. Besides Pancit Malabon and Pichi-Pichi, Amber also is famous for its Pork Barbeque.
Since 1988, Amber has been delivering the best Pancit Palabok in the metropolis. I remember the Makati branch at the corner of Filmore and Emilia Streets near Cash and Carry as probably being the first-ever branch. At the back of the old place, there was a watering hole complete with Dart boards. It was formerly a fave hang-out of the sport's champions and enthusiasts.
Today, Amber has at least 6 branches across the metro, still a favorite for delivery food. I have listed the Amber Delivery Numbers here for convenience of my readers and googlers:
